He has significant experience in the most complex labor issues, giving advice on the structuring of compensation plans for personnel, including the design of stock options, hiring of expatriates and immigration regime, reduction of personnel, labor audits. Also in administrative procedures in labor and aeronautical matters.
His professional career has been highlighted by the prestigious international publication Chambers and Partners, recognizing him as a leading lawyer in the area of Labor and Social Security Law.
In the academic field, Víctor is a professor of the Labor Law course at both the undergraduate and post-graduate programs of the Faculty of Law at the Ponticia Universidad Católica del Perú. He also acted as a visiting professor at the University of Stockholm, Sweden. He is the author of several articles published in journals and specialized publications on Labor Law and constantly participates as a speaker in various national and international conferences on labor matters.
Finally, Víctor worked as a consultant and advisor in important public entities, participating in the Consultative Commission on the Reform of Labor Legislation in Peru and the Expert Committee appointed by the Labor Commission of the Congress of the Republic for the preparation of the Draft Bill of the General Labor Law. He has also been a Government technical delegate at the 83rd Conference of the International Labor Organization in Geneva. President of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law and President of the Latin American Institute of Labor and Social Security Law.
