Our Board consists of 7 members appointed by the member firms every other year to represent all regions of Latin America. The Board is headed by a President and each member performs different key tasks and decides on the LATAXNET’s organization strategy which encompasses topics like strategy and governance, selection of member firms, regional footprint, quality & risk management, business development and talent management.

The Board members main goal is aimed at keeping the position of LATAXNET as the number one regional tax network for Latin America.
