José Mauricio Machado is the founder of Machado Associados who, after many years of practice as partner in charge of the tax department of a major international consulting and auditing company, decided to open his own firm specialized in tax. Since then, he has surrounded himself with talented colleagues to create one of the most respected and traditional tax and corporate law firms in Brazil.

Experienced in tax law (planning, consulting, litigation, corporate restructuring), he works with important and large Brazilian and multinational companies.
