Her professional practice focuses mainly on personalized advice to business clients in relation to compliance with commercial, banking and tax legal obligations of any business company. She has assisted clients in structuring businesses for the protection of assets and investments. She has participated in different businesses before the Caracas Stock Exchange and the National Securities Superintendence, including registration of securities, transactions and administrative procedures on the matter, she has also provided advice and preparation of opinions on different topics in the stock market. Shee has maintained an active participation in terms of contract negotiations for the provision of services in the oil area, in contract negotiations in general, as well as mergers and acquisitions, including extensive experience in audit or due diligence processes. She provides advice on the legal figures and forms of associations that best suit the clients’ businesses, she has participated in the constitution of different types of commercial companies (C.A., S.C.S., S.C.A., S.R.L.), as well as in the formation of consortiums. , participation accounts, joint ventures and other forms of grouping or association. She also has experience with national and cross-border loan operations. In short, She has provided advice to both national and international clients in the financial, exchange, insurance, services, stock market, and commerce sectors in general.

Her practice also includes advice on corporate, contractual and tax matters in public infrastructure projects; assistance and support in all commercial and regulatory aspects for pharmaceutical companies and companies dedicated to the area of ​​computing and technology. She participated in the Civil Registry Automation Project presented before the National Electoral Council (CNE).
