He has provided advisory services in areas such as tax, corporate, and public law, specifically for projects related to the exploitation and transportation of extra-heavy crude oil in the Orinoco Oil Belt. He also works on constitutional, legal, and tax aspects of association agreements under a profit-sharing scheme, bidding for the award of exploratory areas, as well as in matters concerning the transfer of rights in such agreements and related operational contracts.
